W2W uniquely brings female founders and potential women investors together on a shared investment journey, designed to increase early-stage investment into Scotland’s most innovative female-led businesses.
Each upcoming cohort will support 20 participants, with a 50/50 split of Female Founders and investor-curious women.
We’re delighted to offer this programme at no cost to participants, thanks to the generous support of the Scottish Government, Burness Paull LLP, and Johnston Carmichael. This is an in-person programme, and we ask all participants to commit to attending all five days.
From previous cohorts there’s been more than £1.6 million raised by founders and 45% of investor participants have gone on to become angel investors. That’s the impact of the Women to Women Programme only so far.

The value of W2W lies not just in the content but also in the connections – peer support, investor-founder relationships, and the trust built across the group over time. Your presence throughout is essential to get the most from the experience and to contribute fully to the wider community we’re building.
The programme will be delivered across five days, with a strong emphasis on in-person learning to facilitate deeper connections and participation across both sides of the investment table. The small-cohort model has been proven to deliver stronger engagement and outcomes, aligning with our mission to grow both the number of investable female founders and the number of active women investors in Scotland.
